New Beginnings

Family day today. This is a pic of my sister's two children. I visited today for a delicious roast dinner and my niece tried on her new school uniform. She joins her brother in secondary school tomorrow. He is dressed in his first suit, bought for our brother's wedding coming up on October 3.

Another reason for the visit was to collect the caravan I have just bought from my sister and her husband. The free spirit in me wants to know that I can just hitch up and take off whenever I feel like it. Mind you there is a lot in the hitching up as I discovered today!

Well at least if the house ever burns down I will have alternative accommodation on site.

Wet and humid today. Last day of Summer tomorrow, would be blue only I love the Autumn.
