A Warm Glow

Better to light a candle than to curse the darkness

That is the proverb that Amnesty use with their candle. I used to work for the Irish Section for three years.

This candle is on my mantlepiece. I had hoped to take a photo of my new caravan, but got caught up in the soaps and it was dark by the time I went to mess around with camera.

Evenings are getting shorter. Time for candles and open fires soon. Two of the things I like about winter.
