OOPS !

I left them in the oven just a little bit too long, having spent an hour this morning making them;

The bottom one is fat free & I have made it for Carol as she is watching "our" fat intake.

The one at the top isn't fat free & is all mine he he he !!

Quite a nice sunny day, just boiled some eggs for lunch & desperately waiting for those cakes to cool down so I can have a taste - I will let you know how they were
