Towards the equinox

Only three weeks until the equinox and the sun is getting noticeably lower in the mornings. This is the shadow of our roof on the building opposite this morning. I like the combination, in the same small glimpse of walls and roofs, of the modern satellite dish and the old pulley bracket, used for hauling grain up the the first floor of what is now a garage.

I'll be at my desk for most of today so this will be my view. I'm not complaining (much) as I love looking at the sun on these stone walls.
