Textures in Trees
Today was my husband's birthday and we decided to go for a drive in spite of the weather. (overcast and drizzly) Drove up the peninsula and enjoyed the sights and the changing colors in the leaves on the trees. Took many blips, but the chosen one caught my eye because of the many textures in the different species of trees and the outstanding colors of yellow and orange. I even thought the barren trees had a purplish cast. We had dinner at a restaurant on the bay and were rewarded with a pair of swans swimming by. An enjoyable afternoon and evening and a good way to celebrate a birthday!
