I started early again today, but finished classes half way through the afternoon. The picture above is from the station where I get on and off the train every day, and then either walk 5 minutes to university, or take a metro into town. Not exactly one of the most pleasant stations to be honest, but convenient enough.

Ida Faiz and I headed to vieux lyon for a little gander (including ice cream of course). We walked into one shop where we just had a look around. I ended up having a chat with the shop lady, who told me her whole life story, which was actually quite nice. Such a difference in mentality here compared to the more closed culture of people when we lived in the Alsace. I noticed my friends, not really understanding or following the conversation, were impatiently waiting, so we headed off and met with Hana.

I had to sort some things out for placement still in the evening. Well excited to go to sleep later though. Its fresh bed sheet night tonight, they’re always my favourite!
