Dreamy Trees...

We had tall trees, that weren't that tall and now we have trees that aren't that dreamy but I liked their outlines against the sun (yes, it's brightening up in the west).

Wanting something a little ghostly and ethereal (infra-red, without the infra-red!) I turned the still bright and fresh greens to mono and played about a bit. Whether it is quite right, or not, is down to taste but arty efforts are supposed to reveal a little something beyond the surface.

Lens is (again) Nikkor 10-24mm.
