Vegetarians and their damned salads
After a notsosweet ending to the sweetest pms date ever, I woke up determined to get back on track with my emotions and my food habits.
That meant more polenta goodness for breakfast, free roasted veggies for lunch (I swiped them from the leftovers of meeting that one of my coworkers had catered), a am planning this salad with granny apples, cukes, onions, endives and goat cheese for tonight at the restaurant.
Let's just hope the gambas oil doesn't creep into the back station...
