Make a wish

Today we went to the hospital for Alex's second bone marrow test (well 4th but the second that decides his "fate").

Unfortunately there were crossed wires and we aren't due to have it until the 29th as it needs to be 2 weeks after his last treatment.

Actually the delay means we have a child who is not currently having treatment so is active, happy and enjoying life :-)

Sadly the delay also means that we will be in hospital for my husband's 40th birthday. It also means any further delays might bring us into Christmas. As it is his next block is due to finish Christmas Eve.

Oh well.
