Woolly Bear

I've been trying to get a good photo of a woolly bear caterpillar and decided I'd better use today's shot before I don't see them anymore. According to folklore, the wider the brown stripe on the woolly bear, the milder the winter. Only time will tell.

It's a blustery day, but not as chilly as yesterday. Rain is predicted for this evening, but thankfully the wind will dry the wash that is on the line well before the rain comes.

The hockey game last night was actually a lot of fun. It was easier to follow than I had thought and it was very entertaining. Regular fans take the game quite seriously. We got home late, but had a lovely evening.
