The Larch

Miniature pine cones on our young larch tree. Mr. M has a bit of a love affair with trees. We spend a good part of every summer visiting nurseries and when he finds a tree he doesn't already have, it gets loaded up in the truck and taken home.

Beautiful blue sky and fluffy clouds today, but a chill in the air and quite windy. Made a list of chores for the weekend yesterday and am crossing them off as I go. The chores are interspersed with walking and playing with Riley. Whenever we go out the door, he grabs a shoe toy and the playing commences.
