Bodenham

Today we took a trip to Bodenham Arboretum which is just north of Kidderminster. Owing to the rather changeable weather we ended up having 2 lots of tea and cake in their tea room. Our persistence paid off as the skies cleared half an hour before clsoing time and the light was rather impressive. Just as I was collapsing the tripod on one of the ornamental bridges there was an alarming splsah - cue 30 seconds of panic trying to work out which piece of camera gear had been lost overboard. Thankfully it was a rather large carp surfacing and I didn't spot any of my lenses in its mouth. :-)
