Apple Tree and Red Door

A couple of hours of sunshine this morning and I couldn't resist photographing these ripe apples with the coordinating red door in the background.

We had a lovely pub lunch in Prestbury (where the race track is) today. Home made steak pie in The Plough, very tasty and a very old building, parts of it 14th century we were told. Just had some thunder and now sunshine again! Hope rain holds off as we are off out to see the comedian Milton Jones in the Town Hall this evening.
