On the mend - at last!!

Well after what has seemed like forever of being in pain I woke in the night to - nothing ,no pain at all!! I thought maybe just the morphine has really kicked in but when I woke again I just felt very woozy a bit sore but generally heaps better. I think yesterday it must have peaked and now I'm on the mend!
Had another day in bed though and my mum came down to see me and look after the kids when they got home x
So anyway back to my blip - this is my soon to be Goddaughter Tayla, I got to know her mum through Eloise being friends with her other daughter and today she asked me if I would be her godmother - I was thrilled and after a rough few days its really made me smile :-) she sent me this picture after I'd said yes (it's a standing joke as I drive a merc) now she's told me that as godmother I must buy her one!!!
Today's a good day and I might even manage some dinner at last xxx
