Raisins, Mommy!

Well, I don't know what it is about Sunday nights, but whereas Eva wasn't as unsettled as she has been on previous Sundays thanks to the new magic potion, she did wake up at midnight, then take 2 hours to settle back down, despite me trying everything.

I wanted to give Eva a change from toast and fruit at breakfast this morning, so I put the raisins we'd bought to good use, and used them as the sweetness in some porridge fingers that I made. I was ever so proud of myself hehe. Eva wasn't that enthralled with them, but I'm sure it was because she wasn't used to them. (Where's my toast Mommy?) She enjoyed 'playing' with them though, and had a few bites. She also enjoyed picking up the dropped raisins. She kept trying to put them in her mouth, but either dropping them, or they would just fall out of her mouth awwww. I thought they tasted quite nice.

Just had another afternoon playing at home again nappy-less. I thought her bottom was well on the way to healing, but Mike said be thought there's some fresh rash he noticed while bathing her this evening. Grrrrr.

The fourth of today's pics is of Eva being kept occupied whilst I got dinner on tonight. A plastic spoon, rubber eggcup and a saucepan. She had a lovely time :-)

She was fast asleep in bed by 8pm tonight, stirred once with a bit of wind, and not heard a peep since. It's now 9.30pm xxx
