One More Fungi

Because of the rain, I haven't walked in the woods for a couple of weeks or more.
Today I took a short walk and found some interesting things, as always. This fungi was growing on the complete length of a ten foot log, and was different from any I had seen previously this year. Each section was tiny and jelly like.

I have no idea of the identification, so if anyone out there is familiar with it, I would like to know.

All our leaves are long gone, but temperatures are unseasonably warm. I remember years in the past when it was -20F. by now! (with snow)
