Gone to Seed!

Both these hedgerow plants, and myself!!

Managed to crawl to book club this morning, but this afternoon as soon as I arrived at my Tai Chi class, I had to turn around and crawl home, felt so unwell. My energy levels are rock-bottom at the moment, payback for having had such a good time in France!

So the self-prescribed medication is a long hot bath, an evening curled up in front of the tv for the Bake Off final and an early night!
