#24. Neil Young - Cortez the Killer.

Free sunday, lazy sunday, sunny sunday, Marine and I decided to go to La Butte aux Cailles to take some pictures. No bags, no wallets, no nothing, just cameras ... And we randomly came across this sort of vintage popular market. Man, it was huge ! The whole neighborhood was blocked. As you can guess when I first saw that I was pretty pissed off not to have any money with me although my wallet is probably still grateful that I left it at home, but in the end I could fully concentrate on the pictures and got some really nice ones.

This one may not be the best one, when I see it I wish my aperture wasn't that high, but to be honest I wasn't really paying attention to the settings, I was just shooting the moment, the faces, the expressions, so afraid I would have lost them. Seriously, a small wink can become so precious in those moments. I like to think this man is called Cortez, I don't know, it just suits him, and he was sort of a killer because he was shouting in the street to sell his stuff, just like in the old times, oh yeah.
