Mine, mine, mine, minestrone!

As predicted I was flat bound today. I should have guessed when I woke up at 3.3oam, convinced it was 7am & got up to make tea! The vice like grip of a cold has taken its hold, & submerged amongst the cold & flu tablets, lemsips, a hot bath & the obligatory soup diet, I was left to my own flat-bound devices. Thankfully, it's not been completely knackering, unlike Jenny's, & so I've been able to enjoy the day a little & relax at least.

And you'll be pleased to know, Minestrone was definitely a good choice!
