Summer sleep

It was hot today 26 deg c and with a hot north West wind thrown in going outside was like standing in front of a massive hair dryer. I love the warmth but today was one of those days where it's just uncomfortable and you wind up with a headache. Kanye is off on Thursdays so went to my mum's for a few hours. Marley had a bit of a tummy bug last night so stayed home and lay on the couch most of the day watching Little einsteins. Harper didn't have the best day he was quite refluxy today so grizzled a lot, it's the first day since seeing the osteopath he has been like this and I think it might be something I ate, I just can't pinpoint what it could be.

Anyway on hot days like this bedtime is so nice, the room is cooler, you can leave windows open and by then you're pretty sleepy. Harper dropped off on the couch without being swaddled which is a first, he hasn't grown out of his startle reflex yet so I usually wrap him up, he looks comfy though so I'll leave him for a bit before we go to bed, can't believe he's almost 9 weeks old.
