Dogs on a roof

I got a call from the British Consulate today to say that my passport with visa is back, it only took 3 days instead of 3 weeks as I was told. Needless to say I was very happy.

It snowed quite heavily in our little town this morning, but in Reykjavik the sun was shining. On the way from the Consulate I passed this beautiful old house and saw there were 2 Icelandic sheep dogs doing guard duty on the roof. They ignored me, and seemed to be chatting to one another!
