A Splash of Red
Today me and hubby headed down to Swansea to cycle from the city centre down to Bracelet Bay on the Gower. It was a great ride, cycling all along Swansea Bay,despite the head wind there and back. It was a must, to stop at Verdis for one of their amazing ice creams on the outward journey and even more of a must, to share a bag of chips on the return journey! Good job we were cycling 15 miles into a head wind, we needed to work off those calories we consumed!! On the return journey back to the car, I persuaded hubby to stop off in one of the pubs en route for some liquid refreshment whilst I nipped into Clyne Gardens to take some photos. He didn't need much persuasion! This photo is of the beautiful Japanese bridge there amidst all the trees beginning to display their Autumnal colours. I thought I would experiment with this arty look, I hope you like it! Tomorrow is my first day back in work since having major surgery back in May and I can honestly say I'm not looking forward to it! But hey ho, its got to be done!
