From little acorns....
......my first espresso based coffee from bean to cup.
An early start from Embra airport and this time everything went to plan and I was with the client by 9.30am and out of the door by 12noon having done the business. A game changing meeting with my new boss followed at 2pm and that's my mind made-up; big change in the new year.
Later, I scrubbed-up and went along to the Barista class to learn how to brew 20.4g of coffee, evenly tamped, 30g of liquid in 30 seconds, 65c milk, flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos. Fascinating 2 hours and I loved brewing amazing coffee. I'll never be able to stand back again and wait for my brew, without carefully watching the barista.
Later, Rosco took me out for the most amazing Japanese meal in Soho and presented me with a thoughtful gift. Thanks mate.
