(Not Yet) Mr. and Mrs. Apple at home

This is one of those great old "blips" that you're glad to have because it reminds you of just how very far you've come. Looking at this, I cannot believe we used to live this way. It's so different from our life now which means this photograph is one way of charting our progress towards creating the kind of lifestyle we want to live.

This is also a pretty good representation of our Brooklyn apartment. When we tell people now that we lived in 450 square feet for 4 years, it's hard for them to picture. This one room is our living room, dining room, office for both of us, kitchen, and has one of our two closets as well. I can't believe how much clutter we had! Just looking at this photo makes me feel like cleaning!
