Battle of the Skies

A pair of gulls having a battle just outside out house this afternoon. They were at it for nearly an hour making a right noise. No idea what started it or how it ended as I went to the physio's to have my ankle looked at and... I then went to hospital to have my ankle checked out. Turns out my Achilles is badly damaged, either it's partly torn or it's fully ruptured - either way it's bad and I'm now sat here with a large cast on my foot and leg and hobbling around on crutches... Oh joy :(
