Mum doesn't have an internet connection at her house where I am staying, so I bought a five day BT connection, which is just about to run out! I won't be back on line again until I get home to Wales tomorrow.

Mum is doing well in her nursing home, but it going to be hard to say goodbye to her today, knowing that I won't be seeing her for a few weeks. It has been good to see how settled she is there, in fact I think she might be enjoying the company of the other residents and staff, even though she doesn't engage in conversation very much.

I took my laptop in yesterday, and showed her photographs of all her favourite places. She said it was like a visit to Clumber Park, without the effort.
