Glowing sheep????

Ewan has been a great help getting the boys to sleep and Elliot really seems to be relaxed by the white noise. I also think the fact he is more awake during the day is helping as he is more tired when been time comes around.
Isaac prefers the pink noise/womb sounds but it's not quite doing the job tonight he's very restless I think he is still feeling the effects of his injections :-(

Had a nice day today we successfully managed our lunch date and the boys were reasonably good (only a tiny bit if crying) Elliot was super awake in the restaurant as there was so much light and sound.
It was great to see Nicola and her little boy Ewan he is like a bottle of pop he just doesn't seem to stop!

Clocks go back tonight so let's see what effect this has on the boys!!
