Bikes, books and the Bodlian.

Despite passing his driving test we are still driving Mr H around. We felt it was a bit too soon to leave him to his own devices on a long trip. So I took him to Oxford for the afternoon, where he had a badminton tournament.

No great result at the tournament, but he and his mates all had fun.

I took the opportunity to go far a walkabout in Oxford itself. Very busy with tourists! Of course I don't count myself as a tourist!!!

This is a composite of two images, old buildings and bikes seem to predominate in Oxford. A sea of bikes was at the station and the Bodlian Library stood alone rather splendidly in it's own grounds. I felt this summed it up.
