Thumbs up

It's over two years since I took a photo like this. The last time it was his right thumb, that was March 2009here. What a difference a couple of years makes!

It isn't broken - just some knock or other whilst playing football yesterday. He is the top scorer in the school senior team and enjoying his new status as football hero. So bashing his thumb is a small price to pay.

I haven't had to visit A&E for seemingly ages. Not since the rugby season ended! I'm sure as the new season progresses there will be more visits. That's life - and boys!
