This morning we found ........

............ every puddle there was to find ........ and Shadow insisted on running back and forth through them all!!!

A little messier ......


Other dogs who have owned me drank out of puddles but this crazy hound runs through them with his mouth open and his lower jaw just below the water line - always reminds me of flamingos 'sifting' water to find the their food - complete madness and messiness as the water streaming from the corners of his mouth goes all over his legs!!!

He does not like to be dried with a towel - well, I assume he doesn't like it as catching him is a nightmare and he won't stand still to be rubbed down - even when I HAVE managed to get him the fact that he is double coated means he doesn't get completely dry - it's now over two hours later and he is remarkably clean but still a damp dog!!

Our clocks went back last night - hope you all remembered here in the UK - more morning light but darker in the evening - hard to believe it's almost November.
