Marathons are tiring

The Nairobi Marathon was held today. We were up at 6:00am in order to drive out at 7:00 to get through town before the streets were closed. The kids loved the experience, I think. There was a lot of activity and singing and dancing and just masses of humanity. I was glad we went. The kids didn't last too long but it was fun nonetheless.

The shot here is a good sample of we who did the family race. The kids were basically finished before it all started!
