Condiments

It has been some time, quite some time actually, since we enjoyed dinner at La Papa Loca - The Crazy Potato. Tonight after two intensely hot volleyball matches (won both, one by forfeit, one in three sets) at the Deportiva we finally got back to one of our favorite Zihua casual dining establishments. Being later than we usually arrive, it was packed. A nice gentleman shared his table with us so we could get an ice cold beer and order our loaded baked potato. One of the best parts about Papa Loca is that they deliver five salsas and chips to your table to enjoy with your beer while waiting for the main course. The salsas were delicious, as always, and photogenic (though looking at it now, I should have taken a little time to arrange the spoons - next time).
