Hatches and dispatches

Firstly I don't have any hatches to batten down so here is a shot of the garden furniture. The table is upside down and the bench and chairs over it and hooked onto the legs. No idea if it's necessary or will be effective but I feel as though I've done my bit. Dunkirk spirit, stiff upper lip and all that.

And the dispatch today is Lou Reed. He contributed part of the soundtrack to my early adolescence and worked, of course, with Bowie. I'm going to listen to Transformer before I go to bed and listen to the wind.
