We arrived home from our holiday adventures last night (back blipping will follow), with just enough time to unpack the essentials and crank up the heating before heading to bed.

Today we have each been enjoying home delights in our particular way; the eldest son read the two beanos which were delivered while we were away, the middle son got out all his Playmobil to create a world in which his new figure could play, the littlest son, well actually he doesn't have anything at home that he didn't have with him, my lovely husband cooked roasted vegetables for lunch and a vegan curry for tea and I made a chocolate and orange cake and some mixed berry muffins and we all caught up with our pals this afternoon.

We've had a lovely holiday at my parents and at Iain's parents and a great day back home, but I had better get on and sort out the school stuff; it'll no be this in the morning. The month of frugality awaits.
