He had: roasted yellow peppers with mushrooms fried in garlic, wilted spinach and sliced jalapeños, drizzled in tahini and lemon sauce on toasted sour dough (home-made).

In my defense, the mince & mealie pie had been purchased for post sport Saturday lunch and really did need used up.
