Pensively waiting

For the storm to hit tomorrow. No not St Jude but the interview **** storm to hit tomorrow.

Presentation is done slide wise. But the oral part is far from ideal. Hopefully they give me a break knowing that I have no experience with the assay. But I fear they want to see me communicate how little I know efficiently. Might have bitten off more than I can chew but hey-ho.

Grey and miserable day today. Summed up my mood trying to revise for this interview. Not looking forward to the 30 min general question section.

I'll just take it at the very least as a learning experience. At least if I ever do qPCR now then I will have some idea of what the hell is going on.
