The Duke of Wellington usually sports a traffic cone on his head, but this is the first time I've seen his horse similarly adorned. The Duke, though it's hard to see from this angle, is also sporting a black bib tastefully tied around his neck.

Come to think of it: why would anyone think a statue of the Duke of Wellington was a suitable adornment for a Glasgow square?
