une vrai pilloise

Took Coquine out for a walk along the apricot path this morning. This picture was taken when we were nearly home and she has to be back on the lead again. As you can tell, she's not best pleased ;) She loves the freedom she gets here: running free, muddy puddles and dips in the river. A far cry from the same city walk she does in Marseille twice a day.

Dad's mate Davey's over for a few days. They both called over for elevenses today. I'd made pear and frangipane tart with spelt flour pastry last night, so they got a nice treat :)

Over in Sablet. Then Entrechaux to leave a couple of things in to C & P.

Home for an aperitif with dad and Davey! I had also made spelt wheaten bread yesterday so we had that with some pâté, then crisps and wee pretzels with some rosé wine.

Davey is adept at all things electrical and whilst he had his aperitif, he changed all my still-British-plug appliances into French ones! Thanks Davey! That'll save me running around looking for one of my two adapters all the time!

Computer stuff to finish off now....

Oh, ordered HFW's fruit everyday book. I'm really pleased with it :)
