Getting a Mouthful

Sorry, sorry, sorry! I really wanted to show you our narrowboat that we've hired for the week. But tonight we moored near Chester and a pair of swans came to visit.
I was really annoyed that I had left lots of stale bread at home so when this one tapped on the window I opened a new loaf.

I tore the crust into pieces and, feeding it through the window, I tried to snap it as it snapped at my fingers!
