I eventually woke up after almost eleven hours sleep!
The i edition of the Telegraph read, coffee and we left for Bracknell. We spent a couple of hours with Mark's friend Kim before being dropped at the station.
Tickets to New Malden bought we set off, arriving via Clapham Junction. Barry had said that they lived about a minute and a half from the station so imagine my surprise when Google Maps informed me it was a thirty-eight minute walk. Malden Manor NOT New Malden, we arrived via a K1 bus with a surly driver.
There then followed a great three hours with Barry, Janette and the star of the show, Chloe. We left with the promise of a week-end with them before Christmas.
We retraced our steps to Reading by two trains, no bus, where Mark picked us up.
Chinese for four + Pizza for Sam before bed with the Science Museum to look forward to tomorrow.
