USA Day 13 - We're all going to the zoo

Our last full day of the trip has now come to an end. The trip had been great and this blog has been fun to put together.

This morning we headed straight to the Museum of American History, another of the many smithsonian museums dotted around DC. This is the most popular of the Washington museums and mostly lives up to it's hype. Certainly the pop culture section and the presidents gallery were fun to look round.

This afternoon we went to the Zoo, yet another smithsoinian istitution. Great fun, we saw pandas, tigers, elephants, cheetas and lots of turtles and tortoises!!

Tomorrow will be my last blog of the trip.
