The Gull who Mistook a Hat for a Bird Table

Richard Hooker is one of the most influential sons of Exeter and Devon.
He was an English Anglican priest and an influential theologian. He was one of the most important English theologians of the sixteenth century. His statue is in Cathedral Close, Exeter and there is usually a bird on his head.
