Reflect, reflecting & reflected...

Having returned to work yesterday after time off for the eye op I returned again today for an essential meeting rescheduled from Monday due to the aftermath of high winds that disrupted the whole south east of England. However I lost my footing due to misjudging the curb and "went down" - it really hurt. On the bus I saw this sight (that was lucky bearing in mind I am light sensitive and wearing dark glasses at the moment!), so decided it was my "blip" today, my wrist and hand made it difficult but was determined to hear that CLICK - a very satisfying CLICK. What I like about it is the calm after the storm scene and the Art Deco swimming pool reflection in the bus window. The bus was just pulling out but not before I got this on the spot shot.

Why oh why didn't I stay at home today as originally planned.

I bought and applied ice and spent 3 hours overcoming the pain, only achieving my return to work interview I left work. The optician frosted the right lens in my old glasses so that I could avoid any other calamities ! Next was a quick visit to the GP who tells me I may have a fracture in my left hand/wrist. Now wrapped up on the sofa all I can do is just manage this last duty, good evening, keep smiling everyone :)
