Mary mongo and midge!

Went to the auctions tonight to buy some birds for the newly finished avairy! Yes its finished ( blip will follow)
I saw these three japanese quail and kept my fingers crossed we would win the bid and we did. I have named them mary, mongo and midge after one of my favourites childrens programmes when i was growing up.
We also got some canaries and finches!
Before the auction we had a look round at what there was to bid on then K asked if i want something to eat. Since we hadnt eaten i said yes. Not a fab place but we made the best of it.
We sat there on wet plastic chairs under a heat lamp, with the weather driving into the tent, eating turkey n chips from a tray then K said ahh this is nice having a meal out just the two of us!
It wasnt my idea of a meal out but didnt have the heart to say lol.

Not to worry i have plans for tomorrow...
G and E are going to thier grandma and grandads for tea... So you know what that means.... Proper tea out!
