Hidden inside

I know, I've been rubbish at blipping recently, and I can't even promise I'll get any better at the moment!

Anyway, here is today's effort, a seed head from a plant in my garden - another view of autumn. These seed heads look a bit like mini purses, or even that paper game that I used to make as a child (no idea what they were called, not even sure they had a name in my day, but they seem to be called Cootie Catchers in the US, and there is a Wikipedia page about it here).

I blipped this plant earlier in the year when the remains of last year's seed heads were still hanging around - it proves that a garden should never be tidied up too soon after the summer.
