Fresh air

It seemed to take a very long time to leave the house this morning. We were all tired, irritable, sore throated and I was really cursing our stairs! We made it out, late of course and grumpy to be greeted by Marie's wide smile, energetic Teddy, peaceful Ayla, a latte and beautiful Autumn. Suddenly, the world was a better place. In the park, E and Teddy raced around from swings to slide to see-saw. Amy popped by, there was a brief and thankfully harmless incident with a dog knocking Teddy over and an amble back home, relieved and restored. Thank you nature and friends for the much needed fresh air!
