Got my Indian roots

Being hungover on the boat was not fun. Morag was at the back of the boat and got completely soaked though! When we arrived we went to find the shuttle bus. Had to ask several men until they got us onto one of the minivans. The bus arrived just outside sky garden in Kuta. We had some lunch in the restaurant next to it so we could leave our bags there afterwards. It was funny as Morag was still completely soaked so she went into her bag to get a change of clothes. Wondered around for a little and then we went back to get our bags before heading to the police station so I could get a crime number for my phone insurance. Took a taxi there. In the police station I filled out a crime form, I had to pay for it which was really annoying, it was quite expensive. But, I didn't want to argue with the police! Then took the taxi to the airport. It was funny as apparently the taxi driver was getting nervous that we might be late for our flight. We were lazy and took a trolley for our bags but it went against us as the trolley didn't work and it took a lot of energy to push it! Queued for ages in one line to check our bags in and we were then told when we got to the counter 'ahh, wrong line you in' so we dragged our bags to a very empty line which would have been a lot faster. On the way, Morag knocked over a pathway pole as we climbed under, too lazy! Asked about kyat again at the exchange counters. Don't think I will ever be exchanging them. We had to pay a terminal fee but we had no money so we had to head out of the airport and get some at the ATM which was a hassle. Finally go through the terminal fee, security and then immigration. We watched some very strange people whilst waiting for the flight. Someone crying next to Morag and then a guy shouted 'fuck off' really loudly and started getting really angry and emotional! Flight arrived in at 11pm. Luckily we know our way around Singapore so we got a taxi to little India. The man was so grumpy and dropped us off in the wrong place. Apparently little India is safe because of all the strict laws but it is really scary. Masses of men and hardly any women. We were a little unsure of where to go but we found figured out where we were in the end. The hostel we were staying at last time was fully booked so we tried the Inn Crowd and luckily they had space. The dorm room is pretty dingy and too add on they are all Asian men which is slightly creepy. Need to book a flight to Tagabilaran soon! Morag went super quiet about having to book a flight a day earlier. It's annoying but there is nothing we can do about it!
