Bumble Bee

It's Halloween again!

A 180 degree flip from the previous year, OO the pterosaur decided to dress up as a princess for the first time. She chose Sofia the First complete with tiara and necklace. She has been thinking about her Halloween costume since months ago - it went from minions, Vector to finally a princess. She was so excited about today and how she can finally show her costume to the world. This party girl led the pack during trick or treating, and continued to be full of energy until we got home. We just caught our neighbours tearing down their elaborate Halloween decorations when OO ran over to chat. I literally had to drag her back into the house after the 99th question about their gory decoration, plus it was nearing bed time. I hope she doesn't get nightmares from that...

Little A was the bumble bee. It was so cold out I had to add the down jacket underneath her costume, which made the bumble bee extra puffy and super cute. She loved getting candies, but was still to scared by the spooky decorations and the loud noises from the occasional eruption of fireworks.

All in all, I was really thankful of a dry and relative mild evening, as the forecast had previously predicted rain.

The kids have collected so much treats - more than what they'd eat in 2 years! I'm gonna have to censor it and eat most of it. Tough life I have here!
