Aluminium Darth Vader 1

Coming to the end of the machining process of Darth Vader.
All now roughed out, starting the finishing programmes starting with a 12mm dia ball nose cutter. We'll work down through the diameters, finally finishing with a 1mm ball nose cutter.
Once the machining is finished, the head will be off to the polishing department, where it will be prepared and given a mirror finish.
