....unlike my mood which has plummeted from the usual 'serenely gloomy' to the nadir that is 'prickly black'.
We've been asked us to take down a 10ft 17th century sundial in knee-deep mud and then re-build it 20 yards away........in knee-deep mud. Deep joy.
